Visit Sunshine Coast Identity Workshops

Over the past few months, we’ve been lucky enough to work with one of our favourite clients in one of our favourite destinations – how great is that!?

The CF team have been working with Visit Sunshine Coast to help define the sub-region identities within the wider Sunshine Coast proposition.

Through full day workshops, we have taken the industry – tourism operators, small ‘non-tourism’ businesses, councils + chambers of commerce – on a journey of discovery with a twist.

By starting with the customer, we remove all political + personal agendas, we throw out the things that have held us back in the past + we define exactly who we are – for ourselves + for the customer – for the future.

There’s been a lot of laughter, a few tears (almost) + a lot of soul searching, but so far our track record has been 100% for nailing the identities first-time round + truly getting to the heart + soul of the sub regions.

We love working with people who are passionate about their products +/or destinations, that truly want to connect with who they are + who their customers need them to be.
